Riverstone Suites by Cobblestone Hotels - Chippewa Falls

The room we stayed in was absolutely beautiful.

Breakfast wasn’t included in the stay.

The location of this property was extremely convenient. Right off the highway and easy to find. It neighbors a gas station and a Festival Foods that make it easy to grab last minute things or gas up before heading out again. Upon checking in, I was greeted by the sweetest and friendliest staff member. It was a quick and easy process to get checked in! The lobby was clean and the hotel was well taken care of.

We rented a suite that included the kitchenette. It took us a while trying to figure out how to turn on the glass stove top, but we called front desk and they were able to help out right away. It would've been nice to include a little card or informational pamphlet that teaches you where to activate the safety guard on the glass stove top.

Everything was very nice. I would stay again.

There was never anyone at the front desk. You had to call them if you needed something. I suppose that is safer, and maybe something you get used to.

The good: The property was extremely clean. The rooms were nice and well appointed in the kitchen. There is grocery store and some fast food near. There is also free coffee and tea in the lobby along with a clean laundry room. The bad: It’s not bad, just weird. The front desk was staffed only sporadically. I had to call on the help phone a couple of times to get someone. We needed toilet paper on our second day: there wasn’t any extra in the room. The ugly: The wood floors in the rooms are lovely, but when people don’t have any thought to people below them, those floors are LOUD. There were people (well, I think kids) running throughout the rooms above us. They were dropping things and moving furniture around at 11 PM. I know; I know. That’s not so late, but I had to get up early the next day. I didn’t call the front desk because I didn’t have absolute proof of who it was, and with the US being so scary lately, I didn’t want anything blowing back on my daughter or me.
