"El apartamento es muy céntrico con acceso a locales de ocio, alimentación, servicio de taxi"

Comodidad y ubicación aunque la escalera interior debería tener baranda (es un poco peligrosa). Hay una cafetería en la entrada del edificio que está muy bien para los desayunos

Falta de mantenimiento en el plato de ducha de uno de los baños (rejuntado de la silicona llena de moho) Carencia de: papel higiénico, abre botellas y de latas. El edificio, en sí, decadente. Al ser una zona de discoteca, oímos peleas de madrugada y gritos dentro del edificio, tuvo que intervenir la policía La puerta de la entrada a la vivienda daba la sensación de que no estar bien cerrada porque no quedaba bien ajustada

Appartement de haut standing la situation est très bien.le parking est un plus

L'immeuble est vétuste les ascenseurs limite dangereux : l'appartement se trouve au 6ème étage. Pas assez equipe en ustensiles de cuisine
