Room book hone ke bawjood room kisi or ko alot kar diya

The owner of the hotel canceled my booking without any intimation. When I arrived at destination ,he told me that no room is available and arrange another one. At that moment I was extremely depressed as I was roaming here and there to find suitable room. Pathetic behavior of owner of this hotel was not excusable. On what basis he canceled my booking.

Prior arrival had called yanti guest house and they did not answer the phone call On arrival at Yanti I was told there is no room available as room not available If room was not available why did they accept the booking

Room was not available though the booking was confirmed by Yanti

The stay was so comfortable and the host was very helpful and nice person.

When i arrived i was told hotel is full I had booked a non refundable room and still room was denied

1. Mirror missing in bathroom for shaving only. 2. Mainly for couple or solo travelers. 3. Entry slight congested but manageable..
