"Easy and affordable the Gay Private Studio is a great option for the LGBTQ + traveler who is on a budget."

The property was really well maintained and the heated pool was wonderful. Communication with the staff was easy and convenient.

The only issue I had with the property was the slated closet door in my room. The door was locked and seemed to be used as a storage closet, however the slats made you feel as if someone could see in your room.

"It was no better than alright."

I had the whole place to myself but just rented a small bedroom.

Be aware of the useless fees. It literal doubles the advertised price no longer making it a value to stay in a dilapidated house with an un maintained pool.
