Hitel owner is very good

Even booking confirmation we have not get the room...very bad experience

Room was clean. AC was wirking

1. No formal check in was there. We reached the place and there was no reception at all. We did not find anyone in the property for next 10 mins. After that we call the cc and somone came to tell us that our room is not ready. They are cleaning it 2. Food was OK. But we do have serious issues related to hygiene. In the property cats and dogs were present. And they are stray only. The food was served in an open place and after we finish the food nobody was there to quickly pick up the utensils and dogs and cats were enjoying the leftovers directly from our plates. Moreover kitchen area was also not clean 3. The area is remote and hardly there were any resturents or eataries nearby. In the lodge no provision for snacks were there.
