Large modernised apartment right on the edge of the old town. Very well equipped. Check in was simple and speedy. Breakfast items laid on. Highly recommend

We had a fab time in Bari. The Apartment was extremely central, clean and tidy with everything required provided. There wasn't anything we didn't like. Like stated in some of the reviews, there are a number of steps (we didn't count) to climb in order to get to the apartment. It is a period house with no lift facility however this didn't bother us. There was noise from surrounding apartments in the morning time and you can hear movement upstairs and we could hear a dog barking (not all the time) again this did not take from our stay. It is a city and people are living beside you and there will be noise. If these things are issues for potential holiday guests then maybe this isn't the place for you. We were met by the Lady renting the house (sorry I didn't get her name) and she was lovely. She checked in on us over our stay by message to ensure that everything was ok for us. She couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The apartment was beautifully decorated (but again this may not be everybody's cup of tea) but it certainly was ours. There were lovely cakes, tea, coffee and water left for us which was a bonus as we had arrived in late. We had brought a couple of sashes of milk from our flight so we were able to have a cuppa in the morning time. We will definitely return. Bari is a beautiful city, plenty to do, train station about 15 mins walk away, great shopping, weather was sunny but a bit chilly at night time. The locals were extremely friendly and helpful. Defo recommend it overall. Just wished there were more flights from Ireland into the province on a weekly basis but this may change in the future.

Very clean apartment, fantastic contact with the owners and lots of sweets for guests.

The downside was the noise and loud music coming from the staircase every day, the first bedroom has a window that overlooks the staircase, opening it is quite uncomfortable because then everyone who passes by the stairwell can see onside of the room. That one bedroom has almost no access to fresh air. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which must be bothersome in the summer

Very clean, spacious apartment. Owner was very helpful. Great location in the old town and close to attractions and restaurants.

2 flights of stairs to get to our apartment could be a problem for some, although was no issue for us

The location was convenient to the historic center and the train station. The host communicated well and the apartment is prepped with many items to use. The beds we’re comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

We liked the property as it worked well for two singles. We didn’t cook but could see it would be a tight fit if you folded out the kitchen table for dinning. The shower was smaller than we prefer. It’s 47 steps up to the apartment so not for the faint of heart. We would return under similar circumstances. Thanks
