Relativ neue Ausstattung. Aussicht in die Gegend.

Fahrstuhl ist teilweise ausgefallen, einige Sachen sind schon kaputt oder abgenutzt (Arbeitsplatte verbrannt, Türrahmen aufgequollen, Armatur ab). Die Lage ist absolut local.

Struttura non nuovissima, leggermente maleodorante ma non in merito all appartamento che è di qualità. Distante dal centro di Funchal

Gostei do Apartamento e principalmente de ter estacionamento privado incluído. O apartamento é muito espaçoso e com tudo o que é necessário. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis e todos tem tv no quarto. O apartamento é 1 t3 com 3 wc. ideal para familias. Tem vistas bonitas e é muito central. Tem 2 boas varandas. A pessoa que nos recebeu Débora muito simpática e atenciosa.

Não tenho nada a dizer. Não tenho queixas.

Bem localizado, com estacionamento, tem um café e um mini mercado por baixo, fomos muito bem recebidos. Casa confortável, com vista magnífica.
