It was clean. Front desk staff guided me to restaurant area (on his motorbike).

There was no tp in the bathroom (fortunately there was Kleenex). Window didn’t open (balcony door did, for fresh air). Nothing close by- 2 kms to anywhere to eat. Brand new area, construction everywhere.
