La Piazzetta, monolocale signorile nel cuore del Centro Storico

Great location, nice and clean apartment. Simonetta was so kind with us, she made us feel like at home.

The room/suite is perfectly located 40metres from the escalators which take you to the mini metro and station. The Old town is beautiful and the room is quiet, comfortable and very clean. The host Simonetta is very friendly and gives lots of advice . Highly recommended for a stay in Perugia.

Simonetta gave us a warm welcome and booked supper for us in a perfect local restaurant. It’s very central, comfortable clean and charming.

The central location and useful directions from our host meant it was very easy to get to from Perugia airport by bus and a mini metro. The room is a short uphill walk away from La Piazza and had perfect facilities for us. Simonetta gave us such a warm welcome that we would love to stay again.

This is the perfect apartment unit to call home base as you explore the beautiful and charming historic city center of Perugia. The host, Simonetta, is responsive and incredibly kind and welcoming. This is my new spot for me Perugia visits!

Absolutely nothing!

It was perfect for us. The room was completely charming and the bed was very comfortable. It was very well located. Minutes to get to the center. Host was very responsive and warm and welcoming and we couldn’t have asked for more. Traveling with my 13 year old. Would not hesitate to come again.
