"The lady at the front desk was friendly"

The location was good.

The window was open when I checked in so the was bugs in my room. It felt like something was biting me all night long.

The room was filled with bugs! I asked the clerk for a refund and I was not given one. I also was over charged I was charged through booking.com and at the hotel

I love Deerfield. Always stay here when i come to Arkansas. Never have an issue with this place. Sometimes its gets a little loud outside with the steel mill workers but nothing my ear phones couldn't block out! Price is amazing and staff is so friendly! Wil be back in the future for sure !

Second time we stayed here. This time we were returning east.

Second time there was no coffee in the office. It was dark at 6 a.m. Disappointed
