moeilijk te vinden, receptie onvriendelijk, condotel oud, rommelig / slechte staat en zeer gehorig. kamer niet schoon, "keuken" en keukengerei vies en oud. douche deed het niet, grote bak water voor in de plaats. water moest ik zelf aansluiten na 1 uur zonder water, receptie onbehulpzaam. geen wifi. geen bedlakens alleen een dekentje

Accommodating staff/caretaker/owner. Replies quickly to our concerns. Convenient location. Great view in the balcony. The size of the unit is good for 3 people (bed with pull-out) but for more than 3 guests it's already too small. We didn't really stay much in the unit, just a place to sleep so it's comfortable enough for the little time we spent there.

You get what your pay for, but it could be better. The whole place needs a major upgrade or renovation. Broken chair in the balcony, a cabinet won't close properly, visible electrical wires in the ceiling. I think a bit of reconstruction was done in the unit and some wood scraps they removed were just left in the corner. There are stains on the sofa. Also please double check the wifi password because it's incorrect. The "zero" and "letter o" are interchanged.

The view was great.

Brent condotel didn't exist. It was a condo in a big building, but I got no info about that, so we had to call 4 times for directions and drive around half an hour, I didn't even get an Adress, just the street, which goes through whole Tagaytay. There was no password for the wifi, another 2 hrs of calling to get it. The "shower" was a cold water tap and a bucket. The lines for the few elevators took 20 minutes!

Not that clean. Lights are too dim.

It's accessible and it's in the centre of most go-to places

The unit is obviously worn and needs a bit of repair. The shower's faulty and the hot water is not working. The blinds are not enough to cover the sunlight from getting into the room, hence, causing heat to come in and it's too bright to take a nap during the afternoon.

View was amazing! Netflix acc already setup. Ac was working great.

Broken futon in the living room, had a hard time finding the hotel.
