Property was not well maintained, even the lining was reused and not in good condition based on the charges we paid. Management needs to look at small details else it will be only remembered for dining experience and not for staying.

INDisappointing Experience with Poor Service I had high expectations for this restaurant, given its premium pricing, but unfortunately, the service fell far short. We ordered a bottle of red wine, and after the first serving, the waiter placed the bottle on the service table. To our surprise, someone from the staff (possibly a waiter captain) took the bottle without asking and served a glass to another table. When we brought this issue to another waiter’s attention, the individual responsible did not even bother to apologize. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a restaurant that charges premium prices. Service and etiquette are integral to the dining experience, and this incident left us extremely disappointed. I expected far better from a place that markets itself as a premium establishment. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and works on improving their service standards.
INVery courteous serving staff and good food with exceptional outdoor seating. The hotel rooms are clean and decently maintained. Sufficient parking space for personal vehicle and the staff is very helpful in helping with getting taxis for sightseeing.
The hotel is too far from the main city of Daman and the beach. Also, funnily enough, the hotel has state of the art WiFi and smart TVs but blocks the use of any OTT apps. I was told to use my personal hotspot for using OTTs. As all good resorts across the country allow you to log in to OTTs on the TV sets in the rooms, this was absurd and, frankly, laughable.
