Location. Parking spot. Clean and spacious. Kitchen was nice…fully stocked. Towels were plentiful. Host was fantastic!!!

Beds were not comfortable, to include pull-out sofa. Bathrooms had a sewer back-up smell. Caulking around toilets looked really bad.
