Il est inadmissible de constater que la réservation initiale, pourtant confirmée, n'ait pas été honorée. L'établissement semble pratiquer le surbooking, proposant en compensation une autre villa plus éloignée au même tarif. Cette offre s'est avérée plus onéreuse que celle d'un autre établissement (également adepte du surbooking) que j'avais précédemment refusée. Il apparaît que ces grandes propriétés sont gérées par un nombre restreint d'opérateurs.
