Very friendly staff.

A bit too noisy during the night.

Clean, well maintained, pretty and great location. 5min walk from the beach and lots of bars/restaurants around

Nothing, everything was perfect

The property itself is amazing. Sadly, the bar and hostel across the street single handedly ruined my experience. All the bars and music in the bars shut off at 11pm sharp, and the hostel across the street is where everyone goes back to party and blare msuic until past 4 AM. Even with ear plugs it’s impossible to get past because the walls are paper thin and most all the rooms face their street.

The neighbors absolutely sucks. Extremely disrespectful. Don’t expect to be able to get sleep here.

Staff super friendly, personable, and helpful. Location can't be beat for La Punta—5mins walk from everywhere, but also just off on a side street, away from the noise. Chic, modern Mexican decor and ambiance. Café on-site.

Hot water was finicky a day or two I was there. I sleep with earplugs and white noise every night, which was more than sufficient to block everything, but in the absence of those, soundproofing with the courtyard noise was weak

It was a great location but given how central it's quite loud til 11!

Its an oasis in the middle of punta - the staff are lovely - its clean and very zen with a yoga studio on the roof
