La ubicación

The location is great. Beautiful view. Restaurants close. Surprisingly quiet even though between a busy road and the train. The room was nice. Recently renovated and a large deck so we had a good view of the sea. There was parking available so that was nice. The guy running it was very helpful. Reminded us it was a holiday the next day so buy some snacks at the grocery store that day as nothing would be open the next.

The place next door in the same building was under construction. There was a chemical smell that didn't agree with me. Thankfully we could open windows and help air it out. The sidewalk is basically non existent right next to the building so a little sketchy going to the south. The parking lot was very dirty but I'd say that is do to early in the year. It had an 8.5 rating but compared with other places we stayed this was over rated. Maybe after the construction is done things will be better.

There were some views of a marina beach and the proprietor gave us a ride the next day.

Our flight was delayed, and the property manager refused to pick us up from the train station and only gave us the entry codes after a few uncomfortable/angry texts. We couldn’t get a cab from the train station so we had to walk along a busy street. The hotel itself is a walk-up above an abandoned looking shopfront that used to be a pharmacy. Our room seemed to have mildew or mould on the ceiling and everything seemed a bit… moist, and our window opened to a seedy gas station rooftop. It was in the middle of nowhere so we were lucky we packed snacks for breakfast as there wasn’t really anything provided, just a shared espresso machine that didn’t have enough tabs for all of the guests.

The property was clean and comfortable.

It was close to the port of Civitavecchia.

Camera pulita e funzionale, di nuova ristrutturazione. La proprietaria accogliente. Non c'è la colazione ma la possibilità di farsi una bevanda calda e bere un succo di frutta.

Qualche problema con il condizionatore ma forse siamo state incapaci a utilizzare il telecomando e una macchia sul copriletto (macchia che probabilmente non è andata via durante il lavaggio ma che dà una brutta impressione). Logisticamente molto funzionale per raggiungere lo stadio del nuoto PalaEnel però la struttura si trova tra la ferrovia e via Aurelia (non da fastidio il rumore dei treni che passano grazie ai doppi vetri).
