"Goed verblijf in een ruime en veilige appartement."

De locatie is geweldig. Op loopafstand van cafés, restaurants en openbaar vervoer. Tegelijkertijd is het complex rustig en veilig. De communicatie op voorhand en tijdens het verblijf met de eigenaar was uitstekend. Het appartement is zoals op de foto’s.

Het appartement heeft wel wat renovatie nodig. Wellicht in een rustigere periode dat er wat dingen opgeknapt kunnen worden. Matras van het bed is voor mij wel te hard.

"Perfekter Aufenthalt 👌"

Tolle große moderne Wohnung. Sehr sauber, gemütlich. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage ist super. Ein Privatparkplatz in dem bewachten Parkhaus vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war tpp- freundlich, jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der 4. Etage, ein geräumiger Aufzug ist vorhanden. Der Ausblick war wunderbar und erfreute uns täglich aufs Neue. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt 🙏

L'appartement était conforme aux photos : agréable, spacieux, propre et bien situé (nouveau quartier, bâtiment neuf et propre). Il ne manque rien, on a trouvé tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour et bien plus encore. Supermarché bien fourni, plage et marina à quelques centaines de mètres à pieds sans subir les nuisances des bars/restaurants. Parking souterrain sécurisé très pratique. Quant à Badr, que dire à part qu'il est tout ce qu'on peut attendre d'un hôte : très gentil, réactif, accède aux demandes du mieux qu'il peut, répond très rapidement aux messages/questions. Tout est clair (instructions pour arriver notamment) et fait pour que l'accueil et le séjour se passent au mieux. Merci encore!

Pour nous (famille avec bébé et enfant en bas âge) : le bruit de la route

Top locatie! Gastheer Badr is erg vriendelijk. Ook de bewakers bij de deur zijn attent en zorgen voor een veilig gevoel. De ligging is ideaal: rustig, maar toch niet ver van Rabat. Zeker een aanrader!
