"Bella ma da migliorare."

Vicino al centro città e vicino all'autostrada, silenzioso se si hanno le finestre chiuse, struttura bella.

Balconi si affacciano di una strada molto scorrevole e trafficata. Non essendoci l'aria condizionata d'estate non è il massimo.

"BIlocale ampio ed accogliente fronte montagne"

Lo spazioso bilocale si trova al primo piano di una nuova palazzina sulla Strada Statale. Gli arredi di gusto moderatamente etnico ben si abbinano a doppi tendaggi, il comodo divano con penisola fornisce confort all'ospite. La camera da letto è corredata di un ampio guardaroba ed una cassettiera. Sia la sala che la camera da letto sono fornite di porte finestre con doppi vetri che permettono una buona insonorizzazione.. Il bagno ,,sebbene cieco, è arredato un modo gradevole e funzionale ed è provvisto di un'ottima aspirazione. Il proprietario, che non abbiamo incontrato, è prontamente disponibile via whatsapp. L'appartamento, benché non dotato né di aria condizionata, né di ventilatori, è naturalmente fresco.

La Statale sottostante è frequentata da automobilisti che,, noncurante del limiti di velocità sfrecciano a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte. Sarebbe necessaria una rotonda che facesse rallentare il traffico.

"Amazing!"

This place was amazing! The host was very kind and welcoming and also gave us some tips for our trip. The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely furnished - it felt warm and modern at the same time. It is also close to the city centre of L'Aquila and offers a great location for exploring the region.
