Homestay Hoài Tâm Phan Thiết

Staff was nice. Just note the staff do not speak English. There was a language barrier which made communication more difficult but they were sweet and accommodating and I appreciated the effort. The power went out for the entire day when I was there so made it difficult I had to go to a cafe to charge my phone. Location isn’t great at all, it’s by the water which isn’t the ocean, not sure what body of water it is but it smells pretty bad. Unless you have something specific you’re doing here, I wouldn’t suggest this area for travelers. It’s a little random. The place was decent other than the things I’ve mentioned.

Location was amazing, cleaning lady at the other personnel was always kind and helpful. I stayed here once before. I liked how comfortable and convenient everything was.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Tile floors throughout and very clean. Onsite coffee shop. Low traffic area.

Contrary to other reviews, the area was very loud. I was in a double with balcony and the balcony doors let in all the noise - dogs barking, children screaming and cars driving. But by 22:30 the street was quiet. The tiled staircase also echoed internal noise. The room doors were of translucent glass so with no lights on you could still easily operate in the room. Beware if noise or light disturbs your sleep.

Absolutely perfect stay. Everyone was so nice, room was so elegant clean and comfortable. No issues at all, highly recommend!
