It was fine

The bed mattress in master bedroom was broken and the coffee machine was missing

The view was better than described. We did have a slight view of the ocean from our balcony. Although we are told - only when we confirmed - that there was no parking available, we did get a parking spot. Notices like that shouldn't come AFTER confirmation. We were very worried about that aspect before the trip.

The condo is very old. The breakers kept popping, and we were worried about the place catching fire. The drains were slow, because the place is so old, and the handle on the shower didn't work correctly. Our microwave didn't work, but we found out it was another part of the breaker problem. Our coffee pot didn't work, because it needed to be descaled. We had to call for replacements on them, and then we had to wait on the people to come replace them - on Christmas eve morning. Not when I wanted to waste time waiting on maintenance issues.

The location was perfect! It was a nice quiet getaway.
