From the moment I reached out, Neetu took care of every detail with such warmth and dedication. She not only arranged a stunning bouquet but also went the extra mile by adding a beautifully handwritten card with a heartfelt message. Her creativity and personal touch turned a simple request into a deeply meaningful gesture. Beyond that, she offered my wife and daughter coffee in the lounge while setting up everything, ensuring the surprise was perfectly executed. She even included a delicious chocolate cake with a personal note, making the moment even more special. Everything was excellent the staffs were very polite also they offered us complimentary room upgrade as they got to know that we are there for our anniversary celebration.
