Top Lage inmitten des Altstadtviertels. Schönes Design. Bequeme Betten.

Mangelnde Sauberkeit im Bad, in der Küche (Geschirr!) und auf dem gesamten Fußboden. Keine Hilfe vom Vermieter: Duschschlauchgriff fiel beim ersten Mal Duschen ab und wurde während des ganzen Aufenthaltes nicht behoben. Wenig nützliche Utensilien in der Küche wie zB Geschirrtuch und Spülmittel für die Spülmaschine.

The apartment is beautifully remodeled, spacious and very comfortable. We loved the balcony and views, and enjoyed relaxing in the space. The shower was large and wonderful with plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for us, walkable to everything in the center of Palermo.

We were very concerned with the safety of the downstairs door which has a deadbolt lock that would lock you inside the building if you didn’t have a key to open it and get out. The button to release the lock does not work for the deadbolt. The owner did not investigate, and didn’t respond to our comment that the internal button does not in fact unlock the deadbolt as they said. They did drop off a second set of keys when we requested them, so at least we each had keys when we were apart. I would highly recommend the owner to investigate this safety issue. Two other small things. They didn’t provide a trash bin or trash bags in the kitchen which was odd, especially since they told us we must take our trash to the street. We were told to buy our own bags, which I think should be provided. Also, the fridge is very loud and seems to need repair since the inside is full of water. Overall, however, the apartment was fantastic and highly recommeded if they can address these issues.
