The modern hanok stay

Molt còmode i espaiós. Molt net. Situat en un barri amb pocs turistes que ens va encantar perquè s'hi respirava un ambient molt local. A només 5 minuts del metro de Dongmyo i a 15 minuts de la porta Dongdaemun. Apartament molt, molt recomanable.

予約時には記載がなかったが洗濯機の使用は3泊以上と書いていた。 しかも洗濯物が中に放置されたままだった。 宿泊した夜は雨だったのだが、朝起きたらリビングが濡れていた（雨漏り） 1番大きいベッドは上からホコリ？みたいなのが降ってくる

地點非常棒，走路3分鐘左右就有CU便利商店，距離公車站也很近 整潔度也很好，有廚房買個泡麵回來烹飪很方便。 洗衣機跟烘衣機要住宿3晚以上的房客才能使用 房間的床也很舒服好睡 浴室不大，但是水壓跟溫度都很足夠 如果再去首爾旅行會選這家住宿

The house is located in a local neighbourhood about 10-min walk from the metro station and bus stops, so it is convenient to get around the city. There are lots of restaurants and café shops nearby. The house is very spacious, clean and tidy. We like the bedroom that has 3 beds (1 double & 2 singles); my husband, myself and our toddle each has our own bed which was great. The living room is spacious with a big dining table & the sofa. It was great that we can all sit at the table having a cup of tea or breakfast in the morning. They also have a big washing machine and a big dryer, which is great for a family; however, we only stayed for 2 nights at the end of our trip so we didn't use it.

The thing we didn't like the most is the bathroom. It is spacious, however it has an unpleasant smell. Initially, I thought it was from the toilet, but the toilet looked clean. So it could be from the floor drainage. The sink pipe isn't connected to the sewage system, so water goes through a pipe and gets out on the floor. When you turn the tap to wash your hand or brush your teeth, you can see the water running on the floor and your feet will get wet. In booking.com mobile app, under "Contact the property", there are only call +82xxxxxxxx or send an email. There is no option for "send a message" like other properties that we booked in Seoul and Busan. I'm not sure if this was just me or the owner/manager missed something in the setting. But this was very frustrated. I received the host messages as emails but couldn't reply, sent emails but never got a response, and I didn't have a local sim card. So it was like a 1 way communication until my niece visited us. She lives in Seoul, so I was able to text the host via my niece's phone number. The host is friendly, helpful and responded quite quick which was wonderful. The English instructions for the rubbish are confusing. So we tried our best but not sure if we did correct. If the host can go through these instructions with ChatGPT or someone who is fluent in English, it would be beneficial for the guests.

It's a cute house in a tiny street inhabited by local people. It was great to discover a local, very cheap restaurant. Only 10 minutes walk from Dongmyo station, which is on line 1, good for major sights and the main Seoul station.

This is a traditional Korean house, not a western-style hotel. The bedsheets and bathroom may be different from what you are used to (google it), but if that's OK with you, you're getting very good value for money.
