"Stay away from home"

It was lovely and clean. It smelt lovely and fresh. It was well equipped. We had no problem parking. I was worried about the proximity of the railway lines. I heard the first train but after that no problem. We even slept with the window open. Nothing disturbed us. Communication with Simon was amazing. I can't recommend this place more highly. We will stay there again. The kitchen knives were chef quality and a pleasure to use but...

The quality of the cutlery wasn't as good as the kitchen knives and it fell flat on that one thing. But I am a perfectionist.

"Over all I’d recommend this property."

Nice location. Clean. Utilities. Good value for money. Nice land lady.

Lack of a smart TV. Next to the train line. It was scary when the whole property shook every time a train passed by.
