GBApartment lovely and guy on reception couldn't have been more helpful
Only little comment and it seems petty but removing fake grass on terrace would have been better as it was very wet due to rain and wasn't drying as quickly as rest of terrace.
GBGBThe upgraded room was very large and well equipped with a large terrace. The check in process was easy and the secure parking behind the hotel was very convenient. A short direct walk into the historic city centre with the beautiful ducal park nearby.

Just to note that on site parking is extra cost of €5. Can be a little noisy as an old building, but didn’t disturb us.
