Que no hay personal para cualquier problema que se presente. En lo personal la puerta de mi cuarto no abría ni poniendo la clave. Y llame al teléfono y me mandó al buzón.

USThe room was well appointed. The view from the little balcony was amazing. It was walking distance to stores and restaurants.
The stairs to the penthouse are steep. We didn't have difficulty with them, but they would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues.
MXFirst, the penthouse offers a great view of the town and the lake. In addition, the place is well furnished, with a dining table that is perfect for having a meal while enjoying the landscape. Lastly, the check-in and check-out process is quite simple, as you do not need to meet anyone in person.
I experienced an issue where the penthouse ran out of water on my last night; however, the manager resolved the problem quickly. Additionally, I would like to note that this penthouse may not be suitable for people who have difficulty using stairs.
