The location was excellent with very convenient lical dog walks. Great and easy to follow instructions to find property and gain access. Lovely and clean, beds very comfy. Great welcome pack and kitchen facilities (everything you need fir a longer stay itoo) and a lovely little garden with great views!

Unfortunately the radiator fell off the wall in the main bedroom when the curtains were drawn, due to brackets coming out of wall due to damp and rotted plaster. Luckily pipes didn't burst so no leaks - reported to owner who will get it sorted out straight away. Just a one off unfortunate incident !

The location was great. Good range of shops just round the corner, also pubs including Molloys where they had live music on, a fabulous fresh fish shop and easy walking distance to Babbacombe Model Village, the Cliff Railway and lovely Oddicombe beach which has a useful looking water sports company for kayaking etc and from there it's just a quick walk to the Cary Arms for a pint and fantastic view.

The entrance way for the property is a test of driving skills but very satisfying to conquer it!

maybe with a welcome pack for 6 people could have left 2 pints for 6 people instead of 1 that’s it really

Everything for us was perfect ,plenty of room in the house , we were so happy with it we booked again 😀

Excellent location, just a ten minute drive or so to everywhere we wanted to visit, very convenient.

Only a small gripe but maybe a slightly later check out time. Everything else was perfect.
