IEBasic but good value for money and a great location, 2 minutes walk from the metro
The crockery was chipped. Only one mug in the kitchen. This apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a balcony that gets no sun. It faces the balconies of another block of apartments across a courtyard. The noise levels at times were too much as the voices, TVs and sexual activities in all these apartments can be heard by everyone else around the courtyard!! One night the screaming was so loud I initially thought someone was being murdered on the top floor but it turned out to be a sex party!!
