"Owner denied check in even after the confirmed booking. Raised concern to Booking.com but no action"

Nothing as owner denied the check in even after confirmed booking from booking.com and left us on the road in the new year time

Worst experience! Owner denied the check in even after confirmed pre paid booking from booming.com & left us on the road. He said that he asked booking.com to not to take booming but they are taking so he can't do anything,speak to booking.com. I am surprised how does booking.com & their collobration of the hotel work? If the owner doesn't want to give room then should not accepted the booking & if it is automated then they must be getting the email of the booking, the owner should have informed at least the customer in advanace about the situation when recieve the booking confirmation instead denying the check in & leave the customer on the road. Informed & mailed to booking.com but surprisinly no action yet. Even no input on next step. At least I can expect my money back if no action but here also no response yet.
