The beds were super uncomfortable. Didn’t get any clean towels, toilet paper, or sheets until the day before we were leaving. I even tried multiple time on multiple days going to the front desk and no one answered or they were closed. I stood at the front desk yelling and yelling and nothing. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds ever. You only get 2 flat pillows.

Our first room was dirty when we arrived, but the staff was very friendly and gave us a different room right away. The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable. Aside from that, it was a great stay.
