When you show in the bathroom water goes on the floor and the bathroom carpet becomes wet so hard to open the bathroom window so fresh air can come in and dry Air fryer was unwashed moke inside it

The caravan was lovely, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a weekend away. We would 100% stay here again.

Communication: The listing on Booking.com doesn't state where the actual caravan is located. There are three caravan sites within this area. The caravan is located on Hutleys Campsite. The caravan is in block G and is number 55. You do not need to check in at reception or with security and the keys are stored in a key safe. I found all this information out the day before we arrived because I messaged the host. This information should have been provided once the booking was confirmed. We couldn’t find the caravan from the address listed on the website so ended up driving about the campsite before calling Monica. If you turn left after the first set of shops and follow the road to the end and bare right, you will see a sign for G block. The caravan is the second row in. There is no private parking, you have to park where you can on the road. Upon arrival, we found that there was no welcome pack, which would have been helpful on Sunday. Both gas bottles had run out, which is one of those things and not a big deal. I messaged Monica and she responded with “are you sure and have you contacted Hutleys” - Yes I was sure and no I hadn’t contacted Hutleys because it was a private booking. I ended up phoning the campsite myself and they came out within 15mins to confirm that both bottles were empty. Monica made a payment and they came back 20 minutes later with a new gas bottle.

Didn't like the smoke alarm in the front door way all it kept doing was beeping 24/7 not good . Also the plug in the toilet doesn't work properly and that wasn't good ever
