"Best hotel on our journey so far!"

Very clean, modern interior, quiet room (karaoke across the street, no problem at all). Nice bathroom with separate shower and clean towels. Very friendly staff.

Chime of the elevator could be heard from the room, but our room was directly next to the elevator.

Personnel très sympa et aidant. Ils communiquent bien, même pour préparer votre arrivée. Lit au top. Chambre très propre. bon matelas. Chambre calme.

Pas de service pressing. Nous sommes allés chez City Laundry et Dry Cleaning, 160, Jalan Sultan Idris. Génial. Forfait de 15 RM pour laver jusqu'à 3,5 KG de linge. ça revient sec, propre et plié en une nuit.

"Une étape agréable à Ipoh"

La chambre était très confortable, de même que la literie. Très propre et le nettoyage très bien aussi.

L'hôtel est un peu excentré par rapport à la vieille ville. Le personnel aurait pu être plus avenant. L'hôtel est entouré de plusieurs pompes funéraires.

I only stayed overnight in Ipoh, as this was a last-minute trip, and I was happy to have found this hotel. Great location, clean and comfortable room—not just suitable for one night. I would easily stay there for several more days.

parking disediakan dan tahap keselamatan sangat baik. untuk masuk pintu utama pun perlu guna kad akses. Hotel masih baru, selesa dan sangat bersih. Perabot serta peralatan semua dalam keadaan baru. dapat pula hadiah kecil dari hotel (tuala kecil), sentuhan yg sgt dihargai. lokasi strategik dan berdepan dengan gerbang malam. highly recommended, value for money! staff fasih in english dan bahasa dan sgt membantu
