Good location.

Absolute scam of a place to stay. How this place is listed on Booking.com I don't know. A hovel, looks like a crack den in all honesty. Pictures are a lie. For starters we were not supplied any towels like the first picture on the listing suggests. Everything just felt dirty. Bed had hairs on the pillows which didn't match and were misshapen. It's basically someone's flat that they've changed into two separate rooms to stay, so the bathroom and kitchen are shared. Both were unclean and there was one toilet roll to share between the two rooms. We ended up not staying the night as everything just felt dirty and we couldn't get comfortable, it honestly felt like a murder scene or something. The fact that we paid £200 for this room is nothing more than a scam.

Communication for check in. No help from owner to provide towels, toilet paper. CO detector bipoing all the time; needed to talk to 3 different peoe to check in. On too, I had to receive the other guest and show him how to use the codes of the doors

I was so unlucky to book unrefundable for week !! First of all there is no parking at All i had to pay for private parking because ibgot a fine just going up to check the place and coming down. On street isnt a parking feature. Second it says 19 Francis on the Ad , its number 18 it took me 15mn to get in front of the building. On top of it, place is dirty as uou couldnt imagine, garbish bad fulm in front of room, no air in the room, we had to open the window at minus degree , the bathroom OMG thw bathroom i was always thinking twice before entering the bathroom!! Mood , aeration not working humide dirt no clean maybe for a good month!! I had to leave few days before i couldnt bare anymore as i got sick 🤧 sorry but this is NOT a suite!! The bed not at all confy i didnt even sleep first day despite of 3 hours drive!!! NOGO

It was filthy with a shared bathroom and kitchen it stunk will never stay there again and also it was £98 what a rip off no tv either never again

I am really confused how this is 5 star accommodation! The room was small,bedding smelt stale, sink was blocked. The one curtain wasn’t even big enough to cover the window! Not one mirror in the room.

Not cleaned at all very dirty, full of dust and bed sheets unchanged, overall I wouldn’t recommend at all. Very disappointing

staff unhelpful. i never even got to check in or stay at all due to lack of communication from host. the codes for the doors were incorrect and wasn’t told the correct code a few hours after arrival. the location is very bizarre also.
