Comfortable, had outside balcony seating area when the weather is good ( I visited in December so it was a touch cold) short walk to the beach, a great restaurant just before you get to the beach then the usual Fayre! Near transport to get you around Busan.

급하게 밤늦게 예약했는데 호스트님과 소통이 잘돼서 좋았고 늦은 시간에도 잘찾아갈수 있도록 상세하게 안내해주시고 너무 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 숙소는 크리스마스 분위기로 따뜻하게 꾸며져있고 침구류도 푹신하고 깨끗해서 너무 편하게 잘 쉬다갑니다. 친구들에게 소개해주고 싶은 숙소네요

Great place to stay with friends. Nice bathroom, friendly owner. Location is great as well - near the metro, beach is 10min away, a lot of cute shops.

Very clean and comfortable with good facilities. Great location, short walk to Gwangalli beach, restaurants, cafe and close to train station and buses. Would certainly recommend it for a couple or small family of 3.

Une des chambres n’a pas de climatisation c’est un peu dur en août quand c’est la canicule (et la climatisation était éteinte, il faisait super chaud quand on est arrivé). L’escalier pour monter est assez raide, ce qui n’est pas très pratique quand on a des valises chargées. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de rangement pour les vêtements. À prestation égale, j’ai payé moins cher 7 nuits à Séoul que 5 nuits à Busan, c’est parce c’est balnéaire ?

The whole place was very clean, cozy and well designed. There was excellent communication with the host and we were even able to check in slightly early as the cleaners finished before 4pm. But they do allow you to store you luggage on the upstairs patio area outside the door if you do arrive too early to check in. The patio area is covered and there is a locked gate to get into the yard so you don't need to worry about your bags getting wet or stolen. The location is very convenient with a short walk to Gwangan Station and many buses that can get you anywhere in Busan. The beach is also not far with lots of bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Busan.

Not a negative for us, but it is on the 2nd floor and the stairs up to the entrance are quite steep. So if you have trouble with stairs or have very heavy luggage it is something to be aware of.
