Three bedroom village home, near Grimsby and Cleethorpes

Location to Waltham & Cleethorpes was excellent. Only two of us stayed, but the property is (extremely) large enough for a family of four. It was very clean & had everything for our short stay. A very relaxing place & seeing the wild rabbits in the garden was very cute.

The toilet seat was extremely loose & a bit annoying 🙄

The property was fab. Nice open plan area downstairs, looks out to a big garden with lots of birds and rabbits. Three great size bedrooms upstairs. Everything we needed was there. Towels, fresh beds, toiletries, tea, coffee, milk. Communication from our host Debra was really good. We visited the area for a family wedding at hall farm, and this was a perfect choice to stay at and fantastic value for money. Very quiet, peaceful and comfortable stay. Highly recommend

Very modern and clean. Good space and nice little extras like tea, milk and biscuits left for Us on arrival.

Good size. Very clean and spacious. Nice to have off road parking. Photos a good representation of the property.

Lovely property and well presented. Large secure garden which our dog enjoyed. Great views from the two double bedrooms looking over the fields. Parking a bonus.
