USThere was badly dirty on the floor, And was smelling bad. The AC is not working well. I paid 100 for the cleaning fee, after I checked out they texted me and I’m being said that I left the property mess and dirty. I said I have to left messy and dirty cause I paid your cleaning fee ;) what they expect from guests do we have to clean everywhere. So it’s kind of scamming method. But no problems I’m good with court know my right.
USUSIt was a cute comfortable and safe place to stay convenient to the Subway to NYC. We had trouble getting the key out of the lock and the Host was very responsive to calls and messages to help us at a very late hour. Necessary items were missing, but she brought them to us early the next morning.
The place had not been throughly cleaned. There was a broken chair and a broken cabinet door in the kitchen. One wall plug emited a spark when I attempted to plub in my phone charger. We arrived after midnight to find only one towel, one half roll of toilet paper and no blanket. It got cold that night. It would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water waiting in the fridge.
