Cottage on the Mississippi Venue and dog friendly

Lovely property

We loved the charm and coziness of the home. Every room had something interesting to look at. I also admired the original artwork throughout the home. It truly felt like we were at home while staying there.

There is nothing I did not like.

Spiral staircase and stairs from the house to the lower garden.

Very nice view and decor. Enjoyed watching the cardinals.

All the ups and downs not good for senior citizens. Not being a dog owner the cottage smelled like dog throughout but main floor was the worst.

Beautiful location, fab views, lovely places to sit and listen to the world passing. Lovely and cool inside. Wish we’d booked for longer.

The periodic trains kept one of our party awake at night.

Beautiful landscaping, gorgeous home. You walk in and feed at home. Very clean. Fabulous view of the river.

Lots of stairs. Aesthetic, but a.little hard on the knees.

Quaint cottage with nice location. Lots of unique features, spiral staircase, steps between rooms, multi level deck, fire pit. Had a nice homey feel and a great view of the Mississippi River.

Nothing was wrong for us.

We loved everything! Extremely clean and very well stocked. Can’t wait to come back!
