The place is was clean inside the room. The kitchen is perfect

The place has no towels in the roam. There's no soup in the shower. The place needs air fresheners. Unpleasant smell when you enter the property

Honestly speaking what is posted on the website is not how it looks like,the furniture is old,the place is not clean,and it smells very bad,the building itself is very scary,it doesn't look safe at all...let alone the welcoming and service it's not professional,so we cancelled imminently and asked for a refund but the estate did not come bak to us,I am very disappointed.. because the location is amazi,near the beach mall and bus stop but they need to improve

Bad smell, furniture is dirty,the the environment is not good health wise...

No , we had to share the bathroom, that was not mentioned , the pictures don't match what we saw

We pay for the accommodation, only to find out when we get there that we are sharing the place with other strangers, I was not happy since it did not reflect on the app that we will be sharing the place,my impression was that we are owning the place for the 4days we have paid for,we had to sleep or share with the strangers then the next morning we had to rebook the one room that was used by strangers,secondly the bedding was not clean, the ladies that are cleaning come to clean the house when they were done they did not close the main door, when we arrived at night the main is widely opened and all our bags clothes ,I mean everything is in the house but the door was not close, we complained about number of things,but they did not care,we wanted to speak with the owner they told us he is out of the country, so we were not happy at all with the place,they made us to have horrible experience in cape Town
