GBReally beautiful place to stay. Lovely interiors and the comfiest beds. The host was super helpful and friendly throughout.
Nothing not to like.
GBThe property is just beautiful, some real gorgeous features through out. Beds were so comfortable, really spacious and great lay out. Even the cute court yard was really pretty with swing seats and lights. They really have thought of everything. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality stay with homely touches. It was amazing.
Nothing to complain about.
GBThe property is beautifully finished and a year on from the last time I stayed, still is of the same high standard. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I wanted to steal the mattress from my bedroom as I loved it so much! It''s perfectly placed for shopping in Halifax and Hebden Bridge and all 3 of us really enjoyed our stay. Jacob is an attentive host and listens to feedback, always looking to improve the experience for his guests. A really lovely location.
The only thing I would say I didn't like is the trip from the carparking area to the door. With the snow and ice and no handrail it was a tentative journey down the steps.
GBA wonderful place to stay, with Yorkshire charm on the outside and modern decor on the inside. The communication with the host was superb. Close to the bus stops, it was great to be able to walk one way to Sowerby Bridge and on to Hebden Bridge and beyond, then get the bus back. Eveything you need is provided for your stay. Would look to book again for next year.
GBThe location was perfect for us. The interior decor and facilities were really top end and everything was well thought through and user friendly. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.
The kerb at the entrance to the parking space was annoying and the exit was more tricky as a result of going slowly over it. The steps to the property from the car park had to be negotiated with care, particularly when carrying luggage. The times for occupying and departure were less privileged than for other customers - even though we would not have known about the property had it not been for Booking.com
FRVery clean Cozy Good quality beds
Slight difficulty finding the entrance
GBLovely and peaceful.. Everything you needed was there.
GBBeautiful home with original features; cosy bedrooms and new fixtures & fittings throughout. Very attentive host.
GBThe interior is beautifully finished, bright and spacious. You would never have guessed it would look so good from the outside, it's a real hidden gem. The bedrooms are huge!
The towels. My partner is 6'2 and I'm plus size, the towels were tiny. For such a great location, the towels were really poor, I'd suggest bath sheets at least. The walk from the place you park to the entrance is also pretty perilous and poorly lit. In the wet with all the wet leaves it was scary, particularly as I have a disability. Also there is no drop kerb where you park. Scraped the bottom of my car manoeuvring onto the road which was really frustrating. Finally, a hairdryer would be a useful addition.
