Greenpoint Apartment Cape Town

I couldn’t get into the property due to the owner not responding. There was a massive cold front. We were trying to get a hold of the owner for 5 hours before getting into the property and had to wait in the car till 6pm

The staff are extremely rude and not happy to assist. We were handed over to another woman. My booking was for 2 adults and one child. There were two guest towels(small towels) and no extra bedding for the sleeper couch(child to sleep on). The person we were handed to said she had made other plans for the evening and couldnt help. We had to purchase bedding for the additional as she stated all 3 should sleep in the one bed.

I do not think this property is reliable.

The host informed me on the day of our check in date that the property was not available as he had a month booking in this apartment. I was left to book a place last minute for the night as we drove from far to be in Cape Town. I do not think this property is reliable.

Updated, comfortable and clean. Great location.

Good location, clean, easy access, good facilities. Great courtyard.

Parking off site on the street, but was close by. Mattress to soft, felt worn out.

Very conveniently situated, quiet, modern and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay - an air fryer makes it incredibly convenient making a quick meal at home. The host was trying to be flexible and accommodate us before and after check in.

The lights from the corridor did shine through the windows by the kitchen and we were woken at 03:00 thinking it was morning but it was a minor issue.

The owner is very friendly and honest ...The apartment is new, elegant and very cozy :)
