ITPosizione vicino al lago, facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che con le 2 bici messe a disposizione gratuitamente. Appartamento con ingresso indipendente, ristrutturato e ben ammobiliato, con 2 piccoli giardini uno davanti e l'altro sul retro. Quartiere molto tranquillo. Parcheggio vicino e gratuito. Buona dotazione iniziale (caffè, olio, sale, carta igienica, ecc). Ci ha fatto molto comodo trovare anche 2 sedie da esterno, da portare al lago. Ottimo avere la lavatrice.
Se fosse possibile sarebbe il massimo avere anche la lavastoviglie. Per le nostre abitudini, il materasso della camera matrimoniale era troppo morbido. Bene invece la possibilità di potere scegliere tra 2 tipi di cuscini, di differenti spessori. Consiglio manutenzione, soprattutto sui freni, delle bici messe a disposizione.
DESehr schöne, top ausgestattete Wohnung. Es ist wirklich alles da. (Fahrräder, neuer Webergrill incl. Holzkohle, Reinigungsmittel) Küche mit Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine. Aber wer kocht in Italien selbst? Eleonora und Francesco sind wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, herzlich und überaus hilfsbereit.

ITITAbbiamo soggiornato in questa casetta da poco ristrutturata a Capodimonte, sul lago di Bolsena, e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare, biancheria profumata. Il giardino è perfetto per fare colazione all’aperto e rilassarsi. In dotazione anche due biciclette. Posizione comoda e proprietari disponibili, gentili. Consigliato!”
NLHet was zeer schoon en het waren vooral hele aardige mensen! Dicht bij het meer waar je goed kunt zwemmen en fijn te bereiken met de fietsjes die bij het appartement zaten.

HKHosts very warm and proactive, easy access, fast internet, clean and everything in working condition.
Hairdryer too noisy though not a big deal and could be easily fixed if so desired.
ITUnlike other Booking properties, this property is exactly like the photos. 100% clean, comfortable, complete with towels, linens, kitchen appliances, and extras. The shower in the patio is great! My kids really enjoyed showering outside after a whole day at the lake. The lake is literally 3 minutes away (walking distance). The owners lent us two light lake chairs which we used for 3 days, super comfortable! I love sleeping until late on vacations..the blackout curtains in the living room were perfect for us! We heard absolutely no noises for 3 whole nights. I left this place and had already booked for another stay. Can’t wait!!
