Tight parking spaces.

Great location, secure, self check-in and out but staff available by phone/text/app message if needed. Our unit was clean and had plenty of towels, beach towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee grounds. The TV was easy to use as was the keyless entry. The parking lot/spots are very small but we didn't have trouble using it and there is also free on-street parking. The kitchen has nice new pots, pans, silverware, implements, coffeemaker, glassware, including kid-friendly items. Enjoyed the outdoor patio.

Nothing to dislike really. The bathroom had an odor due to wetness and there were some drain flies. We ran the fan quite a bit - maybe everyone doesn't. The kitchen lacked any storage containers so it was hard to have leftovers but the point of having a rental with a kitchen is to be able to cook. It's unclear if leaving behind non-perishables is welcome and I wasn't comfortable either throwing away a boatload of plastic or adding to my carryon weight. No way to light the citronella (?) candle on the outdoor table. Minor inconveniences.

The property was very clean, great location, even though it was “contactless” staff as we didn’t see anyone but communicated through email and texting it was very efficient. Definitely would stay there again!

Clean and comfortable

Hot water took along time to get warm, 1 mini ice cube tray

Easy check in and check out Close to Publix supermarket and to beaches

Rooms are simple but nicely designed and have all amenities for the family having good time
