ITL'appartamento si trova in centro città, a pochi passi dal parcheggio del porto, intorno ci sono numerosi negozi e ristoranti. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e completo di tutto (biancheria, phon, lavatrice, cucina attrezzata). Mi sento di consigliare questa struttura per chi ha intenzione di alloggiare in centro.
LBThe location is excellent. It's located in the heart of downtown, two steps to bars and restaurants. There is a nice bar for breakfast just in front of the door, and a supermarket on the same street. The apartment is well designed and well equipped, with calm and elegant colors (needed for the warm weather)
In the warm temperature of 37 degrees, the AC of the seating room was dripping water in large quantities. I guess the landlord was aware of the problem, and they may fix it. There is no espresso machine! Only an American coffee machine. So espresso lovers have to buy their coffee in the bar in front of the apartment.

AUEnjoyed our stay at the Historico. The location is very good for the ferry and access to the old town. The apartment is very comfortable and the kitchen facilities and washing machine were much appreciated. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.
Access to the apartment is up two flights of narrow stairs, so they would be a problem for older guests. The balcony is quite narrow and it would be difficult to sit out, there didn’t appear to be any outdoor furniture provided. The shower only has a hand held nozzle, a wall attached fitting would be much appreciated.
