Communication was shocking the name was changed to 25s over only after we had book months ago for 2 rooms 1 room was for our 20 year old son. Months of trying to come to solution totally ignored emails text messages read and even Nansen wouldn't reply to booking.com and after the second day of our planned visited I texted and got a reply in minutes no help or offer of solution but taken money for both rooms so must have paided phone bill with the funds they wouldn't refund to us or even part refund

Owners changed policy on age of people allowed to stay after I had booked my stay. As I am under 25 I got in contact with the owners to request a refund as it was when I booked they didn't have their own policies, only to be completely ignored by the owners. My dad booked in too and he had the same issue. Owners got back in touch only to offer no solution or even a partial refund. They even ignored booking.com when they got in touch with them. Wouldn't bother trying to book as the owners clearly have no interest in helping customers.

Communication was bland, almost left me stranded outside, no wifi and accommodation is below basic.
