DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE This property is an unsafe and a danger to health. Upon arriving at the property the front door was unlocked which immediately raised concerns. There was a strong damp smell throughout which was being masked by all the windows being left open. The walls had thick layers of paint in an attempt to hide the damp. The washing machine had wet clothes falling out of it and lots of used pans also creating an awful smell. Again being masked with open windows. The standard of cleanliness was diabolical. The place was absolutely vile and so unhygienic. Not only this, one of the rooms we booked was not ready until the next day which in itself is ridiculous considering the booking was made in October 2025. Booking.com were unable to provide any form of support and could not issue a refund until the property approved this in writing, which they never did, what a surprise. I would save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else because it really isn’t worth it.

"Great price, great place, all in all a good stay."

Property was clean, spacious, warm and quiet. The host/manager was friendly, accomodating and quick torespond to any queries or questions. Situated in a nice area and a great price. My room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I was very happy with my stay

Cheap.

Room hadn't been cleaned. They did send someone over straight away though. Bedroom was freezing even with the heat on and stank of cigarettes. No hot water in the bathroom.
