Superb value for money. Incredible host who went above and beyond. Facilities inside were exceptional

Difficult to find entrance. Should say on booking.com what it is next to as this would really help. Not fault of fantastic host but entrance to complex doesn't do it justice

Francesco is a wonderful host! He went out of his way to make sure we had what we liked and was very attentive. There were three of us, each with a room and attached bathroom. It was perfect for us! Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are modern and clean. Location was perfect, waslable to the ocean and to other sights in Palermo.

Be aware that this is a busy area at night. Lots of bars and music. With the windows closed, the noise is OK, but if you require dead quiet, this is not for you. I was OK with it.
