The property was. Lean and it was good value for money.
The lady at the reception is very rude and doesn't have customer care, she also had an altercation with one of the guests I booked in. She needs proper raining on how to communicate in a professional setup. There were no toiletries they had to go buy.

The place does not give what the pictures and advert tells us on the listing. The staff is rude. The room's furniture falls apart. The neighborhood is noisy. It was the worst place I ever stayed in.

The chair and the bath, the heater
The bed was hard, no shower, they say there is a jacuzzi, there isn't one. We found a piece of chicken in the microwave all round a uncomfortable stay, other guests were loud and you can hear them through the walls
