USEveryone in my party LOVED this stay. When we got here all of them explored, exclaiming how cool it was! My daughter loved the staircase. My niece loved the kitchen. My husband loved the antique toilets. My nephew loved the friendly neighborhood cats. We all truly appreciate the work you are doing on this house, so much that my husband and daughter are considering the possibility of us buying a property and doing the same thing in this area. We had planned to tour Rockcliffe Mansion, but the family decided "We're already staying in one".
SMALL stuff! The pots and pans were GREAT! A colander would be helpful, as well as more ice trays. THANKS!
USIt was nice to see the inside had some original wood work and floors. The kitchen was amazingly remodeled.
Could use updated furniture. The dining table was great. Living and first room could use upgraded furniture. The beds would look amazing with vintage quilts as bed spreads. Need some night stands to. We are auctioneers and home flippers. Amazing job for the project. I would also let people know that the neighborhood is being upgraded. Little scary in the dark
USRooms were spacious, kitchen very clean and serviceable with modern appliances. Parking in front was easily available.
Lighting was a bit dim and bathtub was tight but expected due to the age of the property.
USWe had the entire 3-BR house to ourselves, with all the comfort and amenities we could hope for. The owners have done a fabulous job of restoring the house. We only stayed for one night but wished it could have been longer.
USLocation, the neighborhood cat Morris, the decor, the deck in back, the beautiful windows, supplies in kitchen area, also loved seeing all the remodeling being done in the neighborhood.

A little nervous about the neighborhood because of abandoned nearby buildings but we had no problems.
DEWe booked the John Sydney House but due to repairs we were upgraded to the Admiral Fuqua House. It is a lovely home on the corner of 5th & Hill Streets in Hannibal’s Historic District. It is fully equipped, beautifully decorated and within walking distance of everything downtown. We had one minor issue (an air conditioner) and the owners responded immediately. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the historical charm of Hannibal.
Nothing to dislike. Only to note: the bedrooms are all upstairs and the yard is not yet fenced in.
