Location is very close to Romexpo and the building is secured at all times. Keys are easy to retrieve. Property is brand new and cleanliness is kept at a high standard. TV w/ Netflix Comfy beds and sofa Kitchen is well equipped

The entrance door can be a bit difficult to open, you need to slightly pull the door towards you in order for the key to rotate properly.

The apartment fell short in terms of cleanliness. Upon our arrival, we found only three towels spread out on the terrace, which had a strong odor from previous use. Overall, the apartment was not clean, causing us to feel uncomfortable. However, the location and security were exceptional, with convenient parking space and 24-hour surveillance. Additionally, the host is unable to provide an invoice if you need one for business purposes.
