Nothing really.

The pool was under maintenance thus closed which was not disclosed. There was no hot water for morning shower for two days. The safe in the room was not working or even bolted down in the room. The hotel is located on a main street and they gave us the room above the road. No extract fan in the bathroom. I asked for a refund. They offered 300,000 rp I said no....I wanted one day refunded. They gave it to me. Real crappy stay. Mis represented on booking.com
